Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through talent-university.com.

Talent AI Academy — Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Talent AI Academy — Quarterly & Annual Plans

Quarterly and Annual plans are one-time payments. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the purchase is final.

Talent Land Access Pack

Access Packs are refundable up to 30 days before the event date (April 7, 2026). After March 8, 2026, all Access Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@talent-university.com with your purchase confirmation and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
